Machine Structure Customization
We offer four base platform structures — horizontal, vertical, frame-type, and double-station. Clamping force and platen dimensions are flexibly matched to your mold and product requirements, covering the full size range from small insulators to large SF6 housings. High tonnage and non-standard dimensions are available upon request.
Process Movement Customization
Core pulling supports upper, lower, and multi-side configurations. Tilting angles can be adjusted to meet different product demolding requirements. The injection system supports single-side or dual-side injection, with manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes available.
Automation Configuration
From manual operation to fully automatic unmanned production, control modes are flexibly selectable. Optional automation modules include quick mold change systems and robotic arms for one-button start and continuous production. Our intelligent control system supports remote monitoring, data traceability, and self-diagnosis.
Mixing Process Customization
Mixing systems are available with hydraulic or variable frequency drive, with flexible tank volume configuration. Heating options include oil heating or heating tape to meet different material process temperature requirements. Auto powder feeding, auto weighing, and AGV movement can be integrated for full mixing process automation.
Customizable Product Range
Our APG machines produce a wide range of MV/HV epoxy insulation parts and silicone rubber products, including but not limited to: post insulators, insulating discs, insulating rods, embedded poles, SF6 housings, circuit breakers, contact boxes, wall bushings, silicone rubber.
